JUDGE BEAM SCHOLARSHIP FUND
Judge John Beam was the Juvenile Court Judge who brought the CASA program to Chatham County. Under his leadership of the Juvenile Court and on the CASA Board of Directors, Savannah CASA thrived. To recognize his contribution, a scholarship fund was created in his honor.
Each year, the Savannah CASA program will award at least one young person in foster care with a scholarship for post-secondary education.
