Supervised Visitation Fees
All children in foster care are provided free supervised visitation. Referrals can be made by DFCS, Juvenile Court, CASA, and attorneys.
STANDARD RATES
Intake Fee Hourly Fee Court Testimony
$90 per party $70 per hour $100 per hour
Price subject to increase for more than 4 children.
SLIDING SCALE OPTION
Bright House is committed to making services accessible to families whenever possible. A limited number of reduced-rate spots are available through our sliding scale program, based on household income and financial need. Availability is considered on a case-by-case basis, and spots may not always be open. $40,000 to $59,000 $70 per party $55 per hour $80 per hour
Less than $40,000 $50 per party $35 per hour $60 per hour
Price subject to increase for more than 4 children.
OTHER FEES
Holiday Fees: 1.5x the normal rate, subject to staff availability.
No Show Fee: $75
Visitation Observation Report: $5 per monthly report (Non-custodial Parent only. Any correspondence requested by the Custodial Parent must be subpoenaed.)
It is recommended that all Court Orders or other visitation agreements should specify which party is responsible for the fees. Fees may be allocated between the parties with specified percentages designated per party.
